Services We Provide
Kashmir Tickets provides travel-related services including tour packages, flight ticket assistance, hotel bookings, cab transfers, activities, and trip planning support in Kashmir, Leh-Ladakh, and related routes.
We act as a local travel facilitator coordinating with hotels, transport partners, and service providers to deliver your itinerary.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a booking agreement. When booking for a group or family, you confirm that you are authorized to share traveler details and accept these terms on their behalf.
Bookings and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us or our partners. A booking is confirmed only after we share written confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or similar) and any required advance payment is received.
Until confirmation is issued, availability and pricing may change.
Pricing and Inclusions
Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change based on season, hotel category, vehicle type, flight fares, fuel costs, and group size.
Final pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and payment schedule are confirmed in your customized quote. Anything not listed as included is considered excluded.
Payments
Advance payment may be required to block hotels, cabs, or packages. Remaining balances are due as stated in your booking confirmation.
Delays in payment may result in cancellation of reserved services without obligation to hold the original rate.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate traveler details, dates, and contact information
- Carry valid ID proof and any permits required for travel
- Follow local laws, hotel rules, and safety guidance during the trip
- Inform us promptly about changes in itinerary or passenger details
- Arrive on time for pickups, flights, and activity slots
Changes by Kashmir Tickets
In rare cases such as weather, road closures, strikes, force majeure, or partner unavailability, we may modify itineraries, hotels, or vehicles with comparable alternatives.
We will inform you as early as possible and aim to protect the overall trip experience.
Changes Requested by You
Date changes, hotel upgrades, vehicle changes, or itinerary edits depend on availability and may involve extra charges. Cancellation or amendment rules in your confirmation and our Refund Policy will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Kashmir Tickets carefully selects partners, but we are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, natural events, political restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our role is to plan, coordinate, and support your journey with local expertise.

Governing Law
